  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large can coconut

Directions

    Mix together oleo, sugar and eggs.

    Add flour, corn meal and vanilla.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 250° for about 2 hours or until done.
