Coconut Pineapple Pie

  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed (juice and all)
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Melt butter; mix with sugar and cornmeal.

    Add beaten eggs. Add pineapple and coconut.

    Mix and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
