- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed (juice and all)
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Melt butter; mix with sugar and cornmeal.

2Add beaten eggs. Add pineapple and coconut.

3Mix and pour into pie shell.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
