- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs one at a time while beating. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture alternately with 1 cup buttermilk.

2Add coconut flavoring and Angel Flake coconut; stir well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
