- 3 c. sugar
- 3 sticks butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. lemon flavor or 1/2 tsp. almond flavor
Directions

1Cream butter about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy, then add sugar and continue to beat until smooth.

2Add eggs one at a time beating after each.

3Sift flour and soda and salt together. Add to creamed mixture with sour cream.

4Bake in tube pan for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.

5Bake at 325°.

6I grease and flour my pan.
