  • 7 15/16 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 9/16 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 handfuls chocolate covered peanuts

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, the butter, and the milk.

    Separately, sift together the flour and baking powder.

    Slowly mix the flour into the wet mixture until combined.

    Fold in the chocolate covered peanuts.

    Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way full and bake for 20 minutes. The muffins are done when you can pierce them with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
