- 2/3 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. whole milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Cream sugar and shortening.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternating with milk.

4Add flavorings and coconut.

5Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 300° and bake 45 minutes more or until done.
