  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. sifted self-rising flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant jello
  • pudding and pie filling (coconut cream)

Directions

    Cream together oil and sugar; add egg.

    Sift flour with salt. Add flour alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating after each addition.

    Add coconut, lemon and vanilla flavoring and pudding mix.

    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake is done.
