- 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant jello
- pudding and pie filling (coconut cream)
Directions

1Cream together oil and sugar; add egg.

2Sift flour with salt. Add flour alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating after each addition.

3Add coconut, lemon and vanilla flavoring and pudding mix.

4Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake is done.
