- 1 stick margarine
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. coconut
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Directions

1Separate eggs; set whites aside.

2Beat Crisco, margarine and sugar really good; add egg yolks and beat thoroughly.

3Add flavoring; beat well.

4Add milk and flour alternately until all is beaten in.

5Add coconut; beat well.

6Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

7Bake at 300° for 2 hours in a large tube pan.

8Do not open oven door while cake is baking.
