- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 2 c. coconut
Directions

1Separate eggs placing whites in a large bowl.

2Let egg whites warm to room temperature about 1 hour.

3Preheat oven to 300°. Grease 10-inch tube pan lightly (no flour).

4With mixer on high speed, beat egg yolks with shortening and margarine until well blended.

5Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.

6Add extracts; beat until well blended.
