- 8-inch baked pie shell
- 1 envelope (about 2 oz.) dessert topping mix
- 1 (18 oz.) can vanilla pudding
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
- 1 Tbsp. orange flavor orange juice
- 1/2 c. raspberry jam
Directions

1Bake pie shell.

2Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package.

3Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut.

4Pour into baked pie shell.

5Sprinkle with remaining coconut.

6Chill at least 2 hours or until set.
