  • 8-inch baked pie shell
  • 1 envelope (about 2 oz.) dessert topping mix
  • 1 (18 oz.) can vanilla pudding
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. orange flavor orange juice
  • 1/2 c. raspberry jam

    Bake pie shell.

    Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package.

    Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut.

    Pour into baked pie shell.

    Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
