- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Add salt and cream of tartar. Beat until soft peaks form.

3Gradually beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.

4Beat until stiff and glossy.

5Fold in extracts and coconut.

6Drop from teaspoon to lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes.
