Coconut Rice

  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cans of water
  • 1 1/2 Cans of rice

Directions

    1. Pour a can of Coconut Milk, two canfuls of water, some butter and a little salt into a pot. (2 parts liquid and 1 part rice).

    2. Bring the water and Coconut to a boil.

    3. Add 1 1/2 canfuls of rice (brown or Basmati rice are especially good).

    4. Bring the rice to a boil again stirring occasionally.

    5. Cut the heat down to low and cover the rice for about 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
