  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, well shaken
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat.
