- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/8 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, bring coconut milk and water to a boil. Stir in the rice and the salt, cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer (never removing the lid) for 15 minutes, or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
