- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 20 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Melt butter; saute onion and brown meat and drain.

2Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 20 minutes.

3Soften cream cheese; beat with mixer.

4Add sour cream.

5Cook spaghetti.

6Coat 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.

7Layer as follows: cooked spaghetti, cheese mixture and meat mixture.

8Top with Cheddar cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
