Ingredients

  • 12 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 tablespoon hot milk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 pinch chili powder (optional)
  • lemon juice
  • salt

Directions

    Place coconut in a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, salt, milk, lemon juice, chopped onion and if desired, the chili powder.

    Mix thoroughly, taste and adjust seasoning.

    Pile into a small bowl and garnish with sliced chillies.
