Coconut Sheet Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook cake in 13 x 9-inch cake pan as directed.

    While cake is baking, bring to a boil milk, sugar and 1/2 of coconut.

    Pierce the cake with fork and pour hot mixture over it.

    Chill.

    Cover with Cool Whip and rest of coconut.

    Refrigerate.

    Delicious with vanilla ice cream or boiled custard.
