  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. real butter
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. white sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.

    Add dry ingredients and coconut.

    Make into a roll.

    Chill very well.

    Slice.

    Bake at 350° until light brown.

    Roll in powdered sugar.
