- 1 c. softened butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.

2Mix cornstarch with flour and blend into butter and sugar mixture.

3Thoroughly chill for several hours.

4Shape into very small balls and roll in coconut. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

5Flatten with fork and bake for 20 or 25 minutes in a 325° oven.

6Makes 3 to 4 dozen.

7Freezes very well.
