- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 1/3 c. shredded unsweetened toasted coconut
- 1 c. toasted pecans, chopped
Directions

1Stir together sugar, cornstarch and half and half in medium size saucepan until blended.

2Bring to simmering over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute until thickened.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in coconut and pecans.

5Cool 15 minutes.

6Spread over bar cookies and cakes.
