- 8 ounces, weight Marshmallows
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cube Bitter Chocolate (1 Square), Grated
- 1/4 cups Pecans, Chopped
- 1 whole Pie Shell, Baked

1First off, I recommend purchasing a high-quality ready-to-bake pie shell. Don't scrimp.

28 ounces marshmallows = 32 large or 320 miniatures. You can use Dream Whip.

3In a double boiler, place milk and marshmallows.

5Fold in the cream, grated chocolate and pecans.

6Pour this into a baked pie shell and refrigerate. Serve after it has chilled. Excellent on a hot summer day.
