Marshmallow Refrigerator Pie

  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 8 ounces, weight Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cube Bitter Chocolate (1 Square), Grated
  • 1/4 cups Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 whole Pie Shell, Baked

    First off, I recommend purchasing a high-quality ready-to-bake pie shell. Don't scrimp.

    8 ounces marshmallows = 32 large or 320 miniatures. You can use Dream Whip.

    In a double boiler, place milk and marshmallows.

    Melt, stir and then chill.

    Fold in the cream, grated chocolate and pecans.

    Pour this into a baked pie shell and refrigerate. Serve after it has chilled. Excellent on a hot summer day.
