  • 1 chicken countryside
  • 12 spring onions
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

    Clean and cut the chicken into pieces and place it in a saucepan with the butter to brown a little. Cover and leave to cook.

    Cut the bacon into squares and saute in a frying pan. Add to the chicken.

    Also saute the shallots in a little olive oil and add to the chicken. Season with salt, pepper and saffron. Add the almonds and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

    Serve with white rice and green salad.
