- 3 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a non-stick skillet combine butter, cream and garlic salt on med/high to high heat.

2Add cod fillet and cook until flaky turning once.

3Plate Cod on warmed plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
