  • 8 -10 ounces cod fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a non-stick skillet combine butter, cream and garlic salt on med/high to high heat.

    Add cod fillet and cook until flaky turning once.

    Plate Cod on warmed plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
