Cod Brandade With Rosemary

  • 7/8 pound cod frozen
  • 15/16 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 dash milk
  • peppercorn Ground pink
  • salt

Directions

    Cook the cod with the garlic and rosemary on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool. Chop the cod and garlic slightly.

    Place the cod into a blender or food processor. Add the oil little by little along with the rosemary and garlic until smooth. Add a dash of milk to thin the mixture if necessary.

    Add the pepper and salt, if necessary. Stir to mix well.
