- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese or 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cut fish into 3 servings; sprinkle with salt.

2Place in greased oven-glass pie pan.

3Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice over fish, sprinkle with cheese and dot with bits of margarine.

4Bake in hot oven at 400° until fish flakes and cheese has browned lightly, about 25 minutes.
