- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 Tbs capers
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 6oz cod fillets
Directions

1Heat oil in lg nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute 2 minutes.

2Add tomato, capers, cumin, red pepper. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

3Add fish. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
