- 2 slice bacon
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- .13 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 cod fillets
Directions

1In nonstick 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

2With slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain.

3Discard all but 2 teaspoons bacon fat from skillet.

4To same skillet, add cabbage, thyme, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 2 tablespoons water.

5Cook over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until cabbage is wilted, stirring frequently.

6Stir in bacon.

9Sprinkle cod with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
