  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix ingredients as you would for a cake; sprinkle top with dots of butter.

    Mix cinnamon and brown sugar together and sprinkle over dough.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Drizzle confectioners glaze over all when cool.

    Nuts may be added on top of glaze.

    Serve warm with hot coffee.
