  • 1 c. sugar (white)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Mix together white sugar, brown sugar, flour and oleo.

    Take out 1 cup of mixture and add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to it.

    Set aside and save for topping.

    To the remainder, add 2 eggs, flour, buttermilk and soda.

    Mix well.

    Divide into 2 greased and floured round pans.

    Cover with topping.

    (May sprinkle nuts on top.) Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
