- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. unsweetened fruit or 1 can prepared fruit
- 5 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Sift flour.

2Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water.

3Melt butter in Pyrex dish.

4Mix in bowl 1 cup sugar, fruit and 1/2 cup water.

5Pour flour mixture over butter.

6Pour fruit mixture over flour mixture.
-
7Do not stir after placing in pan.
-
8Crust will rise to top as it cooks.
-
9Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
