  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Combine egg, sugar, milk and shortening.

    Mix well and pour into waxed paper, lined 8-inch square pan.

    Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon flour evenly over dough.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
