  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Cream Crisco, sugar and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.

    Add flour, baking powder and soda to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, blending well after each addition.

    Combine margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon together, then add nuts in a separate bowl.

    Pour half batter in pan; dot with half the brown sugar mix.

    Add remaining batter and top with rest of brown sugar.

    Bake at 350° in a greased Bundt pan.
