Coffee Cake(Easy)

Directions

   Put egg in measuring cup and add milk to make one cup.

   Mix all dry ingredients.

   Add shortening and mix with pastry blender (or two knives) until like cornmeal.

   Add egg and milk and put into greased pan.

   Sprinkle sugar, nuts or chocolate chips and cinnamon.

   Cut dough with knife like you would marble cake.

   Add some sugar on top with cinnamon.
