- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. strong coffee (left from the morning brew, room temperature)
- 1 chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and sugar in bowl with electric mixer.

2Add eggs and coffee; mix until well blended.

3Pour into crust.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until center almost set.

5Cool on wire rack.

6Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
