  • 125g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 200g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate, chopped

Directions

    Beat the butter and sugars together until pale and creamy.

    Beat in the coffee, then the egg until combined.

    Stir in the sifted flour and Toblerone* until mixed through.

    Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.

    Place the balls on greased baking trays and press slightly to flatten.

    Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until browned.

    Allow to cool on tray.
