- 2 cups almonds
- cashews
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup raw cacao
- 2 jiggers coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 handful cacao nibs added in after baking.
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

2Line a baking tray.

3Mix the cacao, coffee and coconut oil together to create a marinade.

4Toss other ingredients into the marinade.

5Lay out on the baking train and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden turning once half way through.

6Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

7Mix in some cacao nibs.

8Grab a handful, get out doors and save the rest for later.
