Ingredients

  • 2 cups almonds
  • cashews
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao
  • 2 jiggers coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 handful cacao nibs added in after baking.

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

    Line a baking tray.

    Mix the cacao, coffee and coconut oil together to create a marinade.
  4. 4
    Toss other ingredients into the marinade.
  5. 5
    Lay out on the baking train and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden turning once half way through.

    Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

    Mix in some cacao nibs.

    Grab a handful, get out doors and save the rest for later.
