- 5 to 6 lb. spareribs, cut in serving pieces
- 1 c. strong coffee
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Arrange ribs one layer deep on bed of sauerkraut.

2Heat and stir other ingredients until blended and pour over ribs.

3Bake, uncovered, in 350°

4oven for 2 1/2 hours.

5Baste frequently. Makes 8 servings.
