  • 3 tbsp Instant coffee granules
  • 500 ml Water
  • 80 grams Sugar
  • 8 to 10 grams Gelatin

    This is the gelatin I used.

    Soften the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water (not listed).

    You just need to do this for a short time.

    Put all the water in a pan and bring to a boil.

    Add the softened gelatin from Step 2 in 2 batches.

    I used a rubber spatula this time, but you can use anything to stir the liquid well.

    Add the instant coffee granules and sugar all at once.

    Mix some more, then turn off the heat and leave to cool.

    Pour the liquid into molds, and chill until set in the refrigerator.
