  • 16 large tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3 c. white sugar
  • 14 c. cool water (enough to make 1 gal.)
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and chill.
  2. 2
    When ready to serve, to coffee mixture add half and half, ice cream and vanilla.
  3. 3
    Serves 40 people.
