Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Directions

1Cream the butter, coffee and sugars until light and fluffy.

2Combine the flour and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.

3Roll out to 1/4 inches thickness. Cut with a floured 2-3 inches round cookie cutter. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

4Bake at 300*F (155*C) for 20-22 minutes or until set.

5Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

6Drizzle with white chips, then semi-sweet chips.

7Store in an airtight container.
