  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 can Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. small marshmallows

Directions

    Combine sugar and flour.

    In saucepan, heat Coke, cocoa and butter.
  3. 3
    Add to flour mixture, then add beaten egg, marshmallows and buttermilk.

    Bake at 350° until done (approximately 45 minutes) in long cake pan.
