  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend together flour and sugar.

    Set aside and boil the butter, Coke and cocoa.

    Pour over the flour and sugar and mix well.

    Add to the mixture buttermilk, eggs, salt, vanilla and soda; blend well.

    Add marshmallows.

    Mixture will be thin and marshmallows will float.

    a greased, floured pan for 30 to 40 minutes.
