  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows

Directions

    In large bowl sift together sugar and flour; set aside.

    Mix in saucepan the margarine, oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola.

    Bring to a boil and pour over dry mixture.

    Then add buttermilk with soda dissolved in milk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Mix all together with spoon and not mixer.
  6. 6
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
