  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour.

    In a saucepan, place margarine, oil, cocoa and Coke.

    Bring to a boil; do not boil.

    Pour over flour and sugar.

    Add eggs, soda, vanilla and sour cream; mix well.

    Fold in small marshmallows.

    Pour ingredients into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
