  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows

    Combine sugar and flour.

    Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling point.

    Pour this over flour-sugar mixture and mix well. In another bowl, add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Combine the two mixtures.

    Bake in sheet cake pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
