  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 cup coke
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup marshmallows

Directions

    Sift sugar and flour together.

    Mix butter, shortening, cocoa and coke in saucepan and bring to boil.

    Let cool to warm.

    Pour over dry ingredients.

    Add buttermilk in which soda has been added, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Mix together and pour into a greased pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
