  • 1 pkg. chicken drumsticks
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 can Coke (cola)
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions

    Place drumsticks in shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and lay sliced onion over chicken.

    Pour ketchup and then Coke. Simmer in skillet 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

    If you don't like ketchup or Coke, you may substitute a bottle of dry sherry!
