Ingredients: 2 c. granulated sugar; 2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows; 1/2 c. butter; 1/2 c. vegetable oil; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 c. Coca-Cola; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 c. butter; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 6 Tbsp. Coca-Cola; 1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar; 1 c. chopped pecans; 1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large bowl, sift together sugar and flour.

Stir in marshmallows; set aside.

In saucepan, combine butter, oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola; mix well.

Bring to a boil over medium heat; remove from heat and pour mixture over dry ingredients; blend well.

Add buttermilk, baking soda, eggs and vanilla, mixing well after each addition.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with additional butter or Pam.

Pour batter into pan.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes; remove cake from oven and frost immediately.
