- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes (about 4 medium size)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 scallions
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green cabbage, boiled and drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- pepper and salt to taste
Directions

1Boil, drain and mash potatoes.

2While potatoes are cooking, chop scallions and place in small bowl.

3Pour boiling water over scallions to keep the tops green.

4Bring milk almost to a boil; add drained scallions and pour over mashed potatoes.
