- 1 package stuffing mix chicken
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1 can soup, cream of mushroom
- 13 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
- 6 each chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F (200C).

2Prepare stuffing mix according to directions but add vegetables and seasoning packet.

3Combine soup, milk and parsley, set aside Arrange stuffing across center of 3 quart baking dish.

4Spoon small amount of mixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing.

5Arrange chicken breasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.

8Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.

9Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.

10Stir sauce before serving.
